We looked at a rental guest house for next year. I thought it was perfect - of course, Richard doesn't.
It is just a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks off Fifth Avenue. Here's the interior - perfect (for me).
Cute little patio off the kitchen. I love it.....to fou-fou for the man! Darn it!
