Last Christmas season, Richard and I went over to Grand Rapids - Eastown for their Holiday Shop Hop. We were introduced to a few "new to us" antique stores. I knew I wanted to return sometime when they weren't filled with hundreds of shoppers.
Lynne and I went on our weekly together day to visit these shops yesterday. Wow, they had some really neat things. Great ideas!

We browsed three antique stores...they all had nice things.
We made a stop at HomeGoods (knew to us - just opened this past winter in Grand Rapids) and visited World Market. Had a nice lunch at Blue Water Grill - our favorite stop when we drive over!
Wonderful day with a wonderful friend!
Rain has stopped finally - temperature is chilly here - chance of frost tonight - went out and covered all my plants - just to be safe. Sun predicted for next several days - yes!
Yes indeed . . . a great day my friend.
ReplyDeleteI covered my plants too plus brought some in the garage for the night. Best to be safe.
Rhubarb recipe just came out of the oven. A bit labor intensive for this non baker . . .
Get ready for a sunny, Beauiful weekend . . .
Sounds wonderful! Can I come with you guys next time?
