One Year Ago
A year ago today, we lost our dear friend Carl. Carl was my mother's boyfriend. They were high school acquaintances and got together after their spouses passed away. They spent about four good years together. Dinner every evening.....playing cribbage, crossword puzzles, Sunday drives......
They were a great comfort to each other. Each other gave to one another something special......companionship, trust, love and support.
