| Grilled Chicken with Strawberry Salsa |
Tried out this new recipe. grilled Chicken marinaded in lime juice and cilantro, oil and salt and pepper. Strawberry salsa consists of fresh berries, avacado, red onion, jalapeno, garlic and lime juice. Served on fresh spinach leaves.
Chicken was delicious. Salsa needs a tweek. Too much lime juice maybe? Needed a dash of honey.
